Natural hair and beauty brand Sheth Naturals earlier in week launched a new product line. They also unveiled their branding and packaging which showcased an amazing makeover. For the last one year and nine months, Sheth Naturals has been actively listening to Kenyan Naturals and providing organic, all-natural solutions for their hair and skin. The first was The Mizizi Range, which consists of a diverse selection of 13 cold pressed, organic oils, butters and masks for hair and skin. The oils and butters are sourced from the best suppliers and locations. They are selected to cater to every possible need that a Naturalista may have. The oils and butters are now in a fresh, cool and stylish package that you just cannot resist.
As the brand grew, Dr. Gasheri Thuku, founder Sheth Naturals, felt that it was time for a brand makeover. “The past (number of years) have been packed with love, passion and lessons. The brand has grown from a little known brand to a household name synonymous with natural hair and skin. So it was time for a change to match our new status.” The logo and package design has changed to convey a sense of elegance and royalty consistent with the timeless African Queen for whom the products are formulated and packaged. However, the products still have the same great quality we have all grown to love.
Dr. Gasheri says that after years of selling oils and butters she has become quite adept at finding all-natural solutions for hair and skin. Therefore, after years of being asked to make recommendations on shampoos and deep conditioners, she decided to create something that she could vouch for without doubt. Months of research, working with professional formulators, sample product testing ensued. Finally, Sheth Naturals launched The Sheba Range of Natural Hair Products.
The first products in this range is the Shampoo Bar fortified with shea butter and soapnuts. The bar uses the ancient wisdom of Indian soapnuts to cleanse the hair without stripping it of its natural oils. Also launched was a Deep Conditioner, which harness the power of Keravis a power anti-breakage formula. The deep conditioner is a one-stop shop anti-breakage treatment that repairs and reconstructs all hair textures and types.
All products are developed in high-tech labs allowing the team full control over each and every item being created. Ingredients are individually sourced and must meet the brands high quality standards: paraben-free, lead-free, silicon-free, TEA-free and sulfate-free.“It’s important that we deliver a product I can truly stand behind. I tested these products on myself and my friends. Product formulation is not easy, but I believe we have created a gem. The Sheba Range will in the not so distant future evolve to incorporate stylers, gels and rinse out conditioners. However, Sheth Naturals will not stop here. The bran will continue to listen to their consumers needs, do due research and continue to innovate new products to meet their every need.
